The new rear derailleur protection cover REAR BIKE PROTECT 2024 allows to effectively protect the rear transmission of your bike (rear derailleur, chainstays and seat stays) when the rear wheel is removed for storage in its cover.

Thanks to high-density foam padding + a hard shell, your rear derailleur will be fully protected shocks and scratches that may occur during transport.

THE REAR BIKE PROTECT is compatible and highly recommended with all covers requiring removal of both wheels from the bike.

      it's a shame the sides of the protection aren't as rigid as the circular shell.

      Your idea came to us :-) We just upgraded our next Rear Bike Protect with a rigid protection on the whole Rear Protect shell thanks to a 'pragmatic and efficient' solution from our R&D department ...although the protection on the current model is already effective in properly protecting the derailleur.
