Universal protection for bike covers BIKEProtect Universal

The BIKEProtect Universal is a protection for bicycle covers padded with high density foam with two inside pockets, also padded, for storing the wheels. It can be used in addition to all the covers on the market* to transform a simple bike or mountain bike cover into a padded cover suitable for air transport and harsh conditions. To perfect the protection of your bike, we have developed a range of universal accessories: a fork protector, a universal bike support to protect your transmission, protection for pedals, frame and MTB handlebars.

Padded protection for your bike cover

The new BIKEProtect Universal bike cover protection from Buds has 10mm thick EPE foam padding and fits in seconds to all bike and mountain bike covers on the market*.

We started from the observation that many of you use a simple cover, without foam protection, for use on a plane for example or even in the hold of a bus on the other side of the world for a raid .

This universal protection makes it possible to obtain this additional padding (EPE foam 10mm) for all the dimensions of current bicycle covers, namely both those limited for the train to 120/90 cm maximum and those more commonly used by all marks 130/80 to 90 cm.

Thus this foam protection will fit perfectly into your current bike bag since it can be adjusted from 120 to 132 cm in length and from 80 to 90 cm in height.

This protection can of course also be used to protect your bike and your 2 wheels in a simple box.

The second advantage of this cover is that it unfolds completely flat and can be used as a mattress and/or work support.

To sum up, the BIKEProtect Universal will allow you to keep your current "basic" bag (no longer used for dirt protection) and upgrade its use if necessary for a more "committed" transport with the risk of damaging your road bike or your mountain bike thanks to a foam reinforcement on all the walls but also on the 2 integrated pockets which can accept wheels up to 29"/2.5, between which the frame of your bike will be perfectly protected!
