Buds Sports is proud to announce its official partnership with the Origine Racing Division team , an ambitious new structure that will shake up the world of cross-country MTB from the 2025 season. At the heart of this project? A passion for the sport, the rigor of the highest level, and a shared desire to always go further — with the best equipment.

A team born to perform

At the helm of this brand new formation are two well-known figures from the MTB international :

Maxime Marotte , former French team rider and multiple world medalist, is moving to the other side of the handlebars by becoming a sports manager.

Alongside him, Mathieu Durand , Maxime's former agent and former manager of the Specialized Enduro team, takes charge of logistics and administrative management.

Their objective? Nothing less than to quickly establish themselves on the international stage . And to achieve this, they haven't done things by halves when it comes to their squad.

A dream team aiming for the top

Origine Racing Division fields a top-level quartet in its first season:

🏆Mathis Azzaro: 5th at the last XCO World Championships, French XCC champion and in search of his first World Cup victory.

🏆Martina Berta : double Italian champion, bronze medalist at the 2024 World Championships, she aims for the top.

🏆Ronja Eibl: German talent and three-time winner of the U23 World Cup, determined to return to the highest level.

🏆Knut Rohme: Norwegian champion and 20th at the 2024 Olympics, he has excellent potential, especially in short-track.
