REFUNDS

The refunds of the products will be carried out within a time lower or equal to 7 days after the reception of the products by our care. Refunds will be made by crediting the customer's bank account, by PayPal or by bank transfer depending on the payment method chosen for the order. If it is a return, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

A "satisfied or refunded" service is offered to www.buds-sports.com customers who request it. Products purchased that do not give satisfaction must be returned in working condition in their original packaging at the buyer's expense within 14 days of the delivery date and be accompanied by a return authorization number to be obtained from customer service and to be indicated legibly on the shipping package. All product returns must be made in accordance with the following stipulations.

RETURNS

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise within 14 calendar days from receipt of his delivery, without having to justify the reason and without penalty. However, failure to follow the Buds-Sports return procedure, outlined below, may result in the refusal of the return. The buyer must first obtain a return authorization number from customer service and include this number with the shipment. The number must be written visibly and legibly on the shipping package. Any return that does not have an authorization number clearly marked on the package will be refused and returned to the sender. The purchaser undertakes to take all precautions for the reshipment of the products and will bear alone the entirety of the expenses of delivery. Products returned incomplete, soiled, damaged or without their original packaging and labels are not refunded. The shipping costs and risks related to the return are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to take care of the risks by making a return with follow-up. In the case of an exchange of product, a fixed price of 5€ TTC will be applied.
