Description
This protection kit for road bikes and MTB includes the FORK BIKE PROTECT fork protector, the UNIVERSAL BIKE SUPPORT and the REAR BIKE PROTECT rear derailleur protector.
FORK BIKE PROTECT provides effective protection for your bike's forks when stored in a carrying case. It adapts easily to all types of fork (rigid or suspension, road or MTB, disc brakes or pads).
The UNIVERSAL BIKE SUPPORT keeps your bike offtheground and upright, while protecting the largest chainring and your derailleur. Compatible with all road and MTB bikes, it installs in seconds under the bottom bracket thanks to two clips.
The REAR BIKE PROTECT protective shell provides effective protection for your bike's rear drivetrain(derailleur, chainstays and seatstays) when the rear wheel is removed for storage in a bag. With its high-density foam padding and rigid shell, it fully protects the derailleur from shocks and scratches during transport. The REAR BIKE PROTECT is compatible with all bags requiring the removal of both wheels, and is highly recommended for optimum protection.

I bought this cover and the fork, crankset and derailleur protectors, so that I could bring my bike back after a BRM with a return by train; I had everything delivered on arrival by the organizers. The bike (without lowering the saddle) and the wheels are easy to slide into the bag on the station platform, but it's best to avoid places that are very exposed to the wind.The bag is resistant, the accessories are light, solid and well designed.The derailleur protection is particularly effective, as are the others. The wheel compartments are perfect, but the straps are a bit long. I'm 1.82m tall, and even when shortened to the maximum, the cover rubs a little on steps and isn't very far from the ground when walking; the padded shoulder reinforcement is a little thin.The whole thing is very practical for journeys with connections (metro, train, RER) without long portages (I had to travel 1.5 km with the bike on my shoulder, total weight in the bag around 9kg)). The bag's case is practical and the bag fits in easily, if you take the precaution of expelling the air inside and folding it correctly. Time to install the protections on the bike and put the bike and its wheels in the cover: 10 minutes; time to fold the cover: 5 minutes.

Conclusive test for this transport bag. The bike is very stable in the bag (with the protection kit) and I was able to add helmet, shoes, water bottles and small equipment (pump...).
Nothing moved, nothing broke, and yet the trip from Paris to the Alps was no formality.
I recommend it!
rear derailleur protection too small if you have installed a ceramic clevis .
Not easy to carry, but terribly effective once on the bike! You feel reassured
