Ultra-light and compact, The bag MTBAG LIGHT is specially designed for easy transport and storage of your MTB without the need to remove the wheel rear ( just remove the Front wheel and place it in A travel bag independent with foam hub reinforcement to avoid scratches on the frame). Suitable for bikepacking and occasional transport (car, bus, hotel...).

This bag provides complete protection for your bike while on the move and stores easily when folded.

      Do I need accessories if I buy A transport bag for bike buds-sports ?

      The bag itself is sufficient for carrying the bike. However, if you want to maximize your bike's safety during transport, we strongly advise you to add the accessories.

      We're never safe from mishandling the bag that could damage the bike or its structure. That's why we've created innovative accessories to cover the most important part of your bike's structure and guarantee safe transportation.

      Which accessories go with the MTBAG LIGHT ?.

      Here's a list of accessories we recommend to go with my bag MTBAG LIGHT:

      • FRAME PROTECT MAXI: a complete frame protector to fully protect your bike frame. 2x20mm high-density foam.
      • FORK PROTECT: padded protection for your fork to prevent damage to it or the bag during transport.
      • HANDLEBAR PROTECT : A travel bag to store your disassembled handlebars, avoiding any damage or scratches during transport.
      • SADDLE PROTECT: protection to prevent damage to your bike's saddle during transport.
      • PEDALS PROTECT: protection to prevent pedals from damaging or tearing the inside of the bag.
      Is it better to keep the wheel rear or remove it for bike transport?

      We always recommend keeping the wheel rear for two main reasons:

      The drivetrain and in particular the rear derailleur, as well as the chainstays and seatstays, are fully protected by keeping the wheel rear on the bike.
      It's much quicker to stow your bike in its travel bag if you only need to remove the Front wheel.
