The new bag MTBAG ORIGINAL is specially designed to easily transport and store your MTB, including electric models, without the need to remove the wheel rear. Suitable for a variety of uses - car, bus, hotel etc... This bag ensures complete and maximum protection for your bike during all your travels.

Compatible with all MTBs up to 29’ and large Road/Gravel bikes

Measure the dimensions of your bike as shown in the image to make sure it fits perfectly in the bag. The height of the saddle may need to be adjusted to suit your bike.

Do I need additional accessories if I buy A transport bag for bike Buds-Sports ?

The bag itself is sufficient for carrying the bike. However, if you want to maximize your bike's safety during transport, we strongly advise you to add the accessories.

We're never safe from mishandling during transport that could damage the bike or its structure. That's why we've created a complete range of innovative accessories that effectively protect your bike, guaranteeing safe transportation.

Which accessories go with the MTBAG ORIGINAL ?

Here's a list of accessories perfectly compatible with the MTBAG ORIGINAL:

FRAME PROTECT MAXI: a complete frame protector to fully protect your bike frame. 2x20mm high-density foam.
FORK PROTECT: padded protection for your fork to prevent damage to it or the bag during transport.
HANDLEBAR PROTECT : A travel bag to store your disassembled handlebars, avoiding any damage or scratches during transport.
SADDLE PROTECT: protection to prevent damage to your bike's saddle during transport.
PEDALS PROTECT: protection to prevent pedals from damaging or tearing the inside of the bag.

Is it better to keep the rear wheel or remove it for bike transport?

We always recommend keeping the wheel rear for two main reasons:

The drivetrain and in particular the rear derailleur as well as the chainstays and seatstays are fully protected by keeping the wheel rear on the bike.

It's much quicker to stow your bike in its travel bag if you only need to remove the Front wheel.

Non saprei da dove cominciare. Prodotto ottimo, non esiste nulla di simile sul mercato con lo stesso standard qualitativo, ora posso inserire la mia MTB con diagonale di 190 senza la ruota anteriore nella mia Tesla Model 3 senza pericolo. Spedizione veloce ottima, ha un costo supplementare ma il pacco è arrivato in meno di 24h ordinato alle 18:00 ed arrivato il giorno dopo alle 13:00. Servizio chat sul sito efficientissimo, operatori cordiali e che rispondono in un istante.
Lo consiglio a tornerò a visitarlo non appena avrò bisogno di altro, se anche la vostra mtb e' più lunga di 5cm rispetto alle misure della bici all interno della sacca state tranquilli ci entrerà lo stesso!!!

A travel bag well thought out

I have yet to experience this bag in concrete terms. Nevertheless, I'm very pleased with the items I've received and can't wait to try them out. Note: having a 62 cm size road bike I had to take a MTB bike travel bag so it would fit inside without removing the rear wheel
An XXL road model would be nice too
