Compatible with road and gravel bikes
Measure the dimensions of your bike as shown in the picture to make sure it fits perfectly in the bag. The height of the saddle may need to be adjusted to suit your bike.
In the vast majority of cases, it will not be necessary to remove the handlebars; simply position them at 90° as shown in the diagram below:

Do I need any additional accessories if I buy a Buds bike bag?
The bag itself is sufficient for transporting the bike. However, if you wish to maximize the safety of your bike during transport, we strongly recommend that you add the accessories.
We can never be sure that improper handling during transport will not damage the bike or its structure. That's why we've created a complete range of innovative accessories that effectively protect your bike, guaranteeing safe transportation.
What accessories are recommended for ROADBAG LIGHT ?
Here's a list of accessories perfectly compatible with ROADBAG LIGHT:
- FRAME PROTECT MAXI: complete frame protection for your bike frame. 2x20mm high-density foam.
- FORK PROTECT: padded protection for your fork to prevent damage to the fork or bag during transport.
- HANDLEBAR PROTECT: a storage bag for your disassembled handlebars, preventing damage or scratches during transport.
- SADDLE PROTECT: protection to prevent damage to your bike's saddle during transport.
- PEDALS PROTECT: protection to prevent the pedals from damaging or tearing the inside of the bag.
Is it better to keep the rear wheel or remove it for transporting the bike?
We always recommend keeping the rear wheel for two main reasons:
The drivetrain, and in particular the rear derailleur, as well as the chainstays and seatstays, are fully protected by keeping the rear wheel on the bike.
It's much quicker to pack your bike in its travel bag if you only have to remove the front wheel.

ROADBAG LIGHT
Sewn-in handles, extremely long, the bike drags on the ground (I'm 1m76 tall), making the cover very restrictive to use... A shame.

The RODBAG LIGHT 2024, unlike the 2025 model, does not have adjustable handles.
Apart from this point, however, we hope you will be completely satisfied with the covers!
I've finally figured out how to protect my bike effectively with the BUDS cover.
Practical, efficient, affordable, what more could you ask for?
If you don't want to be bothered anymore, do what I do and go to BUDS.
I recommend without moderation
I used this bag to transport my bike for a weekend, and it's easy to fold, light to carry and, above all, sturdy. My carbon frame arrived without a scratch.
This bag is super practical! It's lightweight and protects my bike well, especially for my regular train journeys. I like that it's easy to fold and doesn't take up too much space when stored.
