Your bag ultra-light The new bag ultra-light and compact ROADBAG LIGHT is specially designed for easy transport and storage of your Road bike without the need to remove the rear wheel (simply remove the Front wheel and place it in its independent bag with foam hub reinforcement to prevent scratches to the frame). Suitable for bikepacking and occasional transport - car, bus, hotel... This revolutionary bag keeps you on the move and stores easily when folded in its carrying pouch.

Do I need complementary accessories if I buy for bike ?

The bag itself is sufficient for transporting the bike. However, if you want to maximize the safety of your bike during transport, we strongly recommend adding the accessories.

We are never safe from mishandling during transport that could damage the bike or its structure. This is why we have created a complete range of innovative accessories that effectively protect your bike, ensuring safe transport.
What accessories are recommended for the ROADBAG LIGHT?

Here's a list of accessories perfectly compatible with the ROADBAG LIGHT:

  • FRAME PROTECT MAXI: a complete frame protector to fully protect your bike frame. 2x20mm high-density foam.
  • FORK PROTECT: padded protection for your fork to prevent damage to it or the bag during transport.
  • HANDLEBAR PROTECT : A travel bag to store your disassembled handlebars, avoiding any damage or scratches during transport.
  • SADDLE PROTECT: protection to prevent damage to your bike's saddle during transport.
  • PEDALS PROTECT: protection to prevent pedals from damaging or tearing the inside of the bag.
Is it best to keep the rear or remove it for the transport of the bike ?

We always advise you to keep the rear for two main reasons:

the and in particular the rear derailleur as well as the bases and the shrouds are entirely protected by the maintenance of the rear on the bicycle.

It is much faster to put your bike in your travel bag if you should only remove .

The bag is good, I use it to take my bike on the train or in the car so it doesn't get dirty. Very practical.

good but...........

bag light and sturdy, good for carrying on the bike once the train journey is over.But unfortunately the dimensions of The bag do not conform to what is allowed to ride in a tgv . On the outward journey no worries, no control, on the return journey a controller a little too fussy fined me for being too big.35euros ..... the dimensions sncf are 130X90 and not 153X85; for the next journey I keep The bag very practical, even if the handles are too long (but considering my size all the handles would be too long lol) and would fold down the surplus with a strap or sth something in this kind .

Ordering a bag bike

The bag is fine and the BUDS site well done. But ordering via DPD was a disaster: delivery to a delivery relay was cancelled twice, and I finally went to pick up the parcel at DPD's depot in Fresnes, which fortunately wasn't too far from where I live.
