Packages delivered to Point Relais® are available for 8 calendar days (ex. Monday to Sunday).

When you choose DPD Pickup, you choose where and when to pick up your parcel from more than 5,000 local businesses (tobacconists/presses, grocery stores, florists...)
The advantages of this network:
- Wide opening hours for parcel collection (75% of relays open between 9am and 7pm).
- Relays open at weekends: 100% of our points are open on Saturdays and almost 50% on Sundays.
- 9-day relay on-call time for greater freedom.
- A delivery controlled from end to end thanks to SMS or email notifications as soon as the parcel arrives at the relay.

DPD PREDICT

With DPD Predict delivery, we guarantee intuitive and interactive operation:
- Select DPD Predict in the choice of delivery method when placing your order.
- Enter your cell phone number in the field provided.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with delivery dates and time slots.
- You can select the one that suits you best by replying "1" or "2" by SMS (price of a standard SMS) or by going to www.dpd.fr/destinataires for more options: delivery on other dates, to another address, Pickup relay, to a neighbor or DPD agency.
- On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive an SMS reminding you of the time slot you had chosen.

CHRONO RELAIS
Delivery in 1 working day (excluding Saturday) for all orders placed before noon in the Pickup parcel relay network. Vyou choose where and when to collect your parcel from over 5,000 local shops (tobacconists/newsagents, grocery stores, florists...)
A parcel number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel is dispatched, so you can track its progress. This parcel number is also permanently available in your customer account.
CHRONO 13
Delivery in 1 working day before 1pm (except Saturday) for all orders placed before noon.

Ai-je besoin d'accessoires si j'achète une housse de transport pour vélo buds-sports ?
Le sac en lui-même est suffisant pour le transport du vélo. Cependant, si vous souhaitez maximiser la sécurité de votre vélo pendant le transport, nous vous conseillons vivement d'ajouter les accessoires.
Nous ne sommes jamais à l'abri d'une mauvaise manipulation de la sacoche qui pourrait endommager le vélo ou sa structure. C'est pourquoi nous avons créé des accessoires innovants qui couvriront la partie la plus importante de la structure de votre vélo et garantiront un transport en toute sécurité.
